Summer 2023 An Update from the Board of Directors

A new board of directors has been formed: Michael Innis-Jiménez, Julie Cavan, and Stefanie Buckner. We have been working diligently with the previous board members to get the pool ready for you, and we are excited about the summer season!

Here are a few important updates/reminders:

1.     Pool membership fees have stayed the same for years. However, due
        to recent inflation, fees are increasing by $25.00, plus an additional
        $25.00 deposit, which will be refunded upon return of the pool key at
        the end of season.          

 Single/Couple Membership = $225.00 + $25.00 refundable
deposit pending return of key ($250.00 initial fee). 
 Family Membership  = $325.00 + $25.00 refundable deposit
pending return of key($350.00 initial fee). Family membership
includes up to 7 total members. If family exceeds 7, an
additional fee of $25.00 per additional person is required. 
 Guest Fee = stays the same as previous years, which is $3.00
per guest. If guests are from out-of-town, fee does not apply. 

        Membership fees can be paid via Venmo
        @WoodlandHillsSwimClub (see QR code below). Memberships
        may also be paid via check and delivered to Julie Cavan's mailbox.
        Julie's address is 2625 Woodland Hills Drive (corner lot, blue
        door, painted brick). Please make checks payable to Woodland
        Hills Swim Club. Pool key will be distributed upon receipt of
        payment.

3. New items have/will be purchased with membership fees to enhance everyone’s experience at the pool. These items include a new lock/key system, new rope to separate deep end from shallow end, energy efficient light bulbs, yard signs ("pool open, pool closed for repairs, pool reserved for private party," Venmo QR code sign for guest fees), new/more efficient filtration system, cleaning/bathroom supplies, new umbrella for shade,  liability insurance policy dues, water/sewer bill, power bill, and waste management bill.

4.    The Woodland Hills Swim Club 2023 GroupMe will be established this year. You will be added to the GroupMe upon receipt of payment. We look  forward to connecting with members to improve our WH  community!  Please complete the 2023 membership form to join  this year, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
