2024 Pool Rules

 2024 RULES Woodland Hills Swim Club 

1) SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

2) Children under 18 may not use the pool without an adult member in attendance.

3) The entrance to the pool must remain locked at all times. After entering the pool the gate must

be locked behind you. This is an important safety precaution.

4) The gate key is your responsibility. Do not share with non-members. Replacement keys are $10.

5) Diving is not permitted from the side of the pool, only from the diving board.

6) Posted rules and regulations must be followed.

7) Swimming is prohibited before or after the stated pool hours. 

8) Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times.

9) The safety equipment is for emergency use only. Do not tamper or play with equipment.

10) The Kiddie Pool is for use by patrons six years of age and under. A responsible

party, who is always within arm’s reach of the child, must supervise such patrons. 

11) Infants are allowed only in the kiddie pool and are required to wear swim diapers. 

12) The pool will be closed at the first sight of lightning or thunder in the area. 

13) The following are prohibited:

- Glass containers

- Smoking 

- Radios (unless used with personal headphones)

- Animals, other than mobility guides for the disabled

FAILFAILUE TO ADHERE TO THESE RULES AND POSTED SIGNS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES. 

GUEST POLICY

1) All guests must be accompanied by a member

2) Members must sign in and pay all guest fees (if applicable) upon entry.

3) Each guest over the age of 4 must pay a daily guest fee of $3 per guest.

4)Guests who are visiting from out-of-town do not owe a guest fee; however, if the out-of-town guests are visiting for a consistent or considerable amount of days, please be pay guest fee.

5) Please note, number of guests per household should not exceed 5 per visit.

6) If number of guests per household per day exceeds 5, the pool must be rented and reserved for private swim. This rule is enforced as to to show consideration for paying members due to size of pool and safety concerns.

6) Frequent guests who live in the Woodland Hills area are encouraged to become members of the Swim Club. Fees can be deposited in a lockbox at the pool and go toward maintenance and renovation costs.

7) If you intend to take grandchildren to the pool, please list them under “children” in the membership form. But please note: All guests must be accompanied by a member. That means that an adult child of a member cannot use the pool without a member present and without paying any applicable guest fees.

POOL RENTAL POLICY

The pool may be rented for private events for a rental fee of $125 payable to the Woodland Hills Swim Club. Rentals are normally for 2 hours. Money generated by rentals will go toward maintenance and renovation costs. Reservations to reserve the pool must be made 14 days in advance of the event so other members can be notified.
