Summer 2026

 Good afternoon!! 

We’re excited for another fun summer at the Woodland Hills Swim Club! The pool will open on Saturday, May 23, 2026, and typically remains open through September, depending on weather and member use. Please take a moment to read through this email in its entirety. 

1.  As we prepare for opening day, we’ll be draining, cleaning, and refilling the pool, along with refreshing the deck, bathrooms, and furniture over the next few weeks.
2. Please note that the pool is managed by three volunteer families. We work hard to keep the pool clean and running smoothly, including maintaining chemicals, handling insurance, utilities, and other expenses. While we do our best, we are not able to routinely clean the restrooms, and the facilities are older and cannot be renovated at this time. If you notice a maintenance issue, please let us know and we will address it as soon as possible.
3. You are welcome to leave pool toys in the community crate. If using items from the crate, please be respectful, as they belong to other members. If you see anyone entering the pool area who should not be there, please let us know—no one should be climbing over the fence to gain access.
4.   We all love having this pool and want to enjoy it for years to come, so we ask that everyone clean up trash and personal items before leaving and help keep the space as it was found.
5. Lastly, the pool committee is looking for additional families to join, and potentially replace, some of the current committee members starting next summer (2027). Please consider getting involved to help support the future of the Woodland Hills Swim Club!
